Need help with ELFX

I need help with ELFX - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2424?tab=description

ELFX deletes candle light sources and does not enhance remaining lights in any way (see screenshots). Testing in vanilla game with nothing but SKSE, ELFX and live another life installed. Default INIs too. No ENB. 

What am I doing wrong? Am I missing something or is this how its supposed to look like? If so, why ELFX look so much worse compared to its LE version?

 

Game: 1.5.97.0.8

SKSE: 2.0.17

MO2: 2.3.2

ELFX: Latest version from nexus

Nothing changes with or without it. After testing a bit I found out that candle light in ELFX exist after all but its dim as hell, light source power is probably set to like 0.001. Also no flickering of the candle light and shadows around it, the light is dead still.

Well I suggest you try EmbersXD and let it overwrite ELFX, but you will also need to install ENB.

Just in case somebody would find this topic. 

For everybody who is unsatisfied with default ELFX I recommend to install ELE and EmbersXD alongside of it as well as ELFX patches and ENB preset with interior tweaking options (REshade, Rudy).
