duckery Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 Hi! My goal is to enhance the current (normal, not nsfw things) horse riding animations. They are stiff and ugly. I have managed to import both horse and human bodies into 3ds Max 2018, but when I import animations, the models become a lump of flesh on the floor. Animations seem to work as they should, but the limbs and joints don't know where they should be and the result is a twitching pile of body parts. I'm starting to think that animation is the hardest part of the Skyrim modding, and riding animations the forbidden corner of it. Is there something wrong with the skeleton, the animations or my settings? Is there something specific about riding animations that differs from others? I can import for example a weapon swing for the human with no problems.
