problems but no last exceptions

Hi I don't understand this at all I have 1 sim that smokes cigarettes but the pack never goes below 20,  however 3 other Sims cigarette packs work normally.  Sims with the Exhibition skill and the Shameless trait activated show up on lots with bags over their heads but the lot traits are set to Geothermal, Hypersexual and romantic. And again no LE so what is going on? I have updated all of my files I'm about to delete all of the mods. I've deleted the localthumbcache several times and started a new game without mods but still have the same problem. to the point where I'm about ready to give up on Wicked Whims and go back to the Vanilla game

I'd try doing an Origin Repair game next.

 

If your game is updated to latest version you need to make sure all your mods are updated too.

Unknown about Basemental smoking packs, some of my sims have a 2( number) on each pack in inventory so maybe a glitch.

 

If you have random sims wearing actual bags on their heads its part of the N.A.P junk they added in the ECO living EP.

Go into game settings/ECO and disable the Autonomous NPC's NAP Voting first.

 

Shift + Click on your mailbox and disable the NAP's that add the stupid stuff.

It will only work on the neighborhood your active sim lives at and other neighborhoods may also have their own NAP's already running.

So you have to switch active player to another town and disable their NAP's too and repeat for all the towns/neighborhoods.

Some may have not been activated yet though.

 

It's a known EA bug that sims from other towns come visiting and carry their NAP's into other neighborhoods with them.

There are some bug fixes around to help with this too but don't have the links ATM.

it's not random sims it's every sim that enters the lot even the ones that live in the neighborhood all but the sims I'm playing at the moment

I just again deleted the game and all of the folders and did a fresh reload of the game without mods and still getting everyone wearing bags. so I don't know where the problem could be

As I mentioned in my previous reply it's not a mod problem but a new game feature from ECO EP.

N.A.P's (Neighborhood Action Plans) at the voting boards cause this to sims in the neighborhoods including active/non-active sims.

I gave you some steps above to disable them.

You can also edit those sims in CAS to remove the bags after you have disabled NAP's voting and removed them using the mailbox cheat.
