CTD immediately upon starting a new game or loading a save

So I broke something, reinstalled Sexout and now I can't even start playing. I immediately CTD when I start a game, I tried deactivating everything, no sexout mods, and the game runs fine. If I activate even so much as SexoutNG though...the CTD appears. What is wrong and can I fix it without having to reinstall the whole game?

I really don't know much i am new here but sometimes when the game freezes or crasing at loading i restart the game then start a new game then press esc once for the intro twice just as i awake at doc michels then loading my save problem solved try that sorry for my english.

Yea, I realized I made a tiny boo boo heh. I could have sworn I got the 3b2 version...but just to be sure I redownloaded it...now it works. 

So yea...I feel like a moron now. I don't know why I didn't think to try that before posting this thread...just one of those brain fart moments I guess.
