I don't see any issues here. Both WW files show up in the mods overview, the purple notification pops up and the "Wicked" option is there in-game.

However, you do not have any animation packages installed.

With only WW in your Mods folder, you get four animations (as stated by the purple notification in the second pic) - which is pretty much nothing. WW anims are characterized by a combination of sex location, number and gender of actors(male, female, both), and type of sex interaction (oral, anal, etc.). An animation will only show up as available, if you click the correct location and have Sims fitting the actor role(s) present at your current lot.

So, to solve your problem, download some of the animation packs (links on the WW download page). I'd suggest sticking to those that have been updated rather recently, but aside from that just pick whatever you like.
