CTD when accessing power armor workbench

For some reason every time I try to access the power armor workbench in game I immediately CTD.  I've tried checking over all my mods and I can't see anything that would be causing the issue.  I also can't make heads or tails of the papyrus log as I don't see anything recognizable in there.  I'll attach the papyrus and the modlist/load order.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You can try disable group of mods and test

In my haste I forgot about doing that.  It seems it's the MPAM (More Power Armour Mods) that seems to be the issue but I can't tell what exactly is causing the CTD with it.

 

Edit: I think I have found the issue but I have no idea how to fix it.  It seems the patch for MPAM to work with Power Armor Materials and Paints no longer works.  It looks for pa_materials_paints.esp and it's been renamed to pamap.esp in one of the updates for Power Armor Materials and Paints.  I tried replacing the master/dependency in Wrye Bash with the new esp but it seems that won't work.  Not sure where to go from here or if the mod will be workable without an update from the mod author for MPAM since they are the ones that came up with the patch.
