Also, I remember a specific mod that allows you to have a scene with each your companions with lore-friendly implications (eg you could trick Lily into thinking you were her husband and lose karma).

Intimacy Overhaul on Nexus has text boxes for all vanilla scenes and patches for a whole bunch of mods. Even gives you active Effects depending on the context of the scene.
