I keep getting this Last Exception error in my game. Can someone please help me out??

The recent game patch broke some of your mods. I had the same LE, only with a much longer list of mods.

Update Basemental Drugs, any mods by LittleMsSam (I see SimDa and the Gyn mod, but check all that you have) and whatever mod is behind "CityInvites_GoToThe Theater". If you have any other script mods, check them too. Even if they don't cause trouble, it's best to keep them updated.
