FNIS All NPCs are t posing and wont stop. Any Fix?

Explore Virtual Folder with the FNIS icon? That's not how you use FNIS with MO2. For a step by step check here, step 7.

 

But your install path seems wrong too. I'd reinstall FNIS and make sure the folder structure is correct (if you just install it and press Ok when MO tells you "The content of <Data> does not look valid" your installed FNIS won't work).

 

PS: all these unmanaged mods will be nothing but trouble in the long run. You should start from a clean game and make the habit of using MO to install all your mods (only exceptions are SKSE and ENB files).

You also have 4 notifications. That's exactly 4 more than the amount you need. I strongly recommend you to learn the gist about using MO first, then use it to mod your game properly. Way easier to get a working game when you know what you're doing.
