Interactive Barefeet dirtness

before i start saying about this topic, i wanna say sorry for my bad english, and sorry if i make any mistake on my text.

 

So as the title says, i was wanting to make a mod that make the ambient where sims pass by in barefoot interactive in point to make them dirty as they walk leaving them even more dirty. I was thinking about two things that i can base on: 

 

1) the first thing is the wetness system of the wicked whims mod 

2) the second thing is the skyrim mod called "barefoot realism" created by @cytochrome_p450, which i love so much.

 

The only problem is that idk how to make a mod like that. I don't even know the basis to make a mod, even though i've made a mod for Attila total war, but it wasant anything to complex... With that said, i wanna know if anybody here is interested in make that mod, or want to help me to create this. But i must say that idk nothing about modding in TS4 other than retexturing clothes (in theory)
