Have you tried starting the game with only WW + animations, BMD (which received an update to 6.11.127, btw) and Wicked Pervs in your Mods folder? Move everything else out of Mods, delete "localthumbcache.package" found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4" and then start the game.

If everything works fine, you can add a few other mods back in, delete "localthumbcache" and start the game again. Keep testing like this until the LE pops up again and when it does, test the mods you added last one by one. Continue until you have tested all of your mods and the issue should be sorted out.
