Extract the file to Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\Sound\fx\SexLab\fxOrgasm01 or install with mod manager.

Back up your original file first in case you don't like these sounds!

I've installed the other mod (Queef orgasm } but, it really does sound too much like a wet fart

So, I tried this mod but, can't really hear anything

Hey no worries it's not for everyone. This is a very subtle orgasm fx because i aimed for realism rather than the unrealistic hentai sounds,
