as i see Kingdom come mod tools already out but still no  sex mods is this normal ?

Not normal at all. Must be a glitch in the Matrix.

 

Seriously, the fact mod tools exists is just half the cake. You also need people interested in creating such mods. So the KCD player base isn't that invested into adult stuff, or the people who create adult stuff isn't that invested into KCD.
