Have you gone through to make sure that all your mods are up to date?

yes! Something about sun rays?

Try doing an Origin repair on your game next.

 

Don't forget to also delete your localthumbcache afterwards.

 

Might also be a bad save game if it isn't mod related.

 

You can remove your mods folder to desktop temporarily for testing.

But don't make any new saves with mods removed.

Just have to verify if it's caused by cc/mods or not.
