Need help with editing SATAN MAID armor

Hi I am trying to edit Satan armor by removing the sleeves

however when I finish removing the sleeves and try to build it in body slide the arms are missing

I now realize that the original SATAN MAID has it so that the arms simply disappear when the sleeves are put over it

 

any idea how to fix this so that the arms will show up again? I tried fixing it in outfit studio but I don't see any option 

 

FYI this is how it looks in outfit studio (how it should look) but it doesn't work in game OR in bodyslide builder and ends up looking like the image above
