About Gif-to-nif program and possibility of animated loading screens

So, a while back I found this; a converter that creates .nifs that should be able to play the converted .gif animation (moving around the texture containing the frames). It should be possible to create a loading screen that plays animated .gif, similiar how loading screen art mods use flat surfaced mesh with artwork texture.

 

It would be pretty cool to replace the standard loading screen with tidbit about chaurus with loading screen with porn tidbit about chaurus + chaurus sex animation, for example.

 

However, I've not managed to get my test .nif to animate during loading screen. Does anybody have any insight into this? Anyone want to take a crack at this?

gifs? bitch please, that crap is so beneath us, i have real meshes doing animations on my loadscreens.

Much respect to @MadMansGun, however...

 

Such things are fine so long as:

 

A) They are packaged in a mod for that specific purpose

   OR

B) They are able to be turned off in the installer, preferably with the default option set to "off".

 

Some users play Skyrim in a blend of SFW/NSFW home environments and don't want sudden sex scenes to show up in an uncontrolled manner.  Given that loading screens are not controllable and the camera cannot be panned, only rotated, this is not a good place to have surprise bestiality appear.

 

To OP's point, yes GIF-2-NIF should be able to do that, and camera rotation may allow a rapid turn of it in events where it shows up unwanted.
