Update 2: Tried the solution below. Went through all my accessories, skin details, tattoos etc to see if anything wonky was equipped. Took off the skin details as well just to check, and still the bulge persisted. Argh!

 

Update: I did a fresh install of WW (and yes, I cleared out all of the old files) with the new patch thinking it would fix my problem, but the bulge and the faulty animation are still there. The past few times I've loaded the game after taking out various CC to look for the problem, I've left my sim naked. When I return, for the briefest moment as the game starts up her penis looks normal again. Then it distorts moments later. At this point I'm starting to wonder if I just need to delete this sim and start over, but I'd really prefer not to if I can help it. Any ideas????

Hey friends, Em here. Got a weird problem with one of my trans female sims. Her penis looks just fine, but she's got this strange bulge on top of it. When she masturbates alone, her hand doesn't wrap around her penis, it floats just in front of it. I'd previously given her one of Noir's pornstar cocks, so I took them out of my mod folder completely and restarted the game, but no change. I'm not using any other default male bottom, but I am using default female bottoms. I previously had Eve v7 installed, so I tried taking out the default top and bottom and leaving in the non default, but that didn't help either. Thus far, everything else regarding WW has been working just fine. I checked with a few other trans female sims in my town and their penises look and act normally. I've attached some screenshots of my sim, a video of her masturbating, and screenshots of all body mods in my folder. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

There are a few "bulge" accessoires for CAS, and if I'm not completely mistaken at least one of these is found under either the facial skin details or the tattoo category (probably the former). I don't remember the file or mod name, but you might wanna check out your Sim in CAS and pay extra attention to all the slots that are not subject to undressing (like skin details, make-up and, depending on your settings, maybe also accessoires, hats and so on). In general, if that little X is avilable for any CAS category and you don't know what you have appied there, try clicking it and thereby removing any items in that slot.

So the only accessories she has equipped when naked are Lumia's body hair, which I've both unequipped and also tried removing from the mods folder entirely, both to no avail   Super appreciate the suggestion though!

Have you tried equipping another bottom in WW's Body Selector? Maybe you're lucky and the problem is with just that particular bottom on that particular Sim - had an issue like that myself a while back, although it was just a little bit of bad texture in my case. Noir's penis models (both Pornstar and Futanari) and the one by LunarEclipse are working without problems from my experience.

Another thing I'd try, especially if all else fails, would be to temporarily remove all body part files named "default" or "DR". WW usually has a default for every body part already, so having a second one that's also flagged as the default might cause a conflict here.
