AAF - Penis stays in midair during animations

Hey, I followed the guide here

 and had everything working ok, but its seems after downloading the Hardship mod, that any sex animations the penis stays stuck in midair and the mesh stretched up to it from the body:

 

Has this happened to anyone else and any ideas on how to fix it? I've tried uninstalling hardship, rebuilting the body talk 3 body in bodyslide, reinstalling patches but nothing I do seems to help.
