Some animations not showing up in the same pack, while others are.

I think this is happening with various packs, though so far I've verified it in Anarcis' animation pack, when I noticed the Grower And Shower [Duo-(MF or MM)-Teasing-Floor] animation missing. There's probably more not showing up in the WW animation menu, but that one "stuck out" (ba-dum-tsss), since it's a fave.

 

There are no duplicate animation packs in my mod folder and I've updated Anarcis' latest pack, though the animation is missing from the older one too. I swapped them to verify.

 

Anyone know if too many animations in WW prevent you from seeing some of them? Or if certain WW sex settings are bugged, which might be causing the issue if selected?

Found out this is due to the new WW setting to "respect orientation" being turned on. When animations that work with both MF or MM are labelled BI, the Sim actually  has to be BI to use them. So a straight male & a straight female will not be able to select BI labeled animations.  Nor will a gay MM couple. However, you can still use those animations via playlist if you've added them to one.

 

Keeping this up for if anyone else is wondering where their faves have gone if they've got this setting selected as well.

Depends entirely on the animations/authors tags.

 

I have animations tagged for M, F, B that will be used by almost any sim gender.

They work for straight couples and will also work for FF with strapons.

 

However both the females have to be set for BI or female gender preference.

Meaning some animations will work for all: MF, MM, and FF.

Mike24 animations may be a good example to use.

Yeah. It's definitely due to the tags. The ones I was missing wouldn't let an MF straight duo do an MF duo animation which also supported MM duos, since the animations were tagged as BI.
