Most of my mods don't work or partially work, is it the load order?

I'm not seeing visible errors, the game is loading and playing. Abduction mod spell loads, but not the SkyUI menu. For a lot of mods, it's not clear what is supposed to be where, is there a menu or not. But the only menu I see under Mod Configuration is usually SkyUI and Flower Girls. I used to see Defeat menu, then I changed some things and it no longer shows up even though it's installed. Defeat mod never worked though, the menu always showed uninstalled and then just a message when I try to install it. 

 

With Flower Girls the dialogue works, but then when it comes time for sex it just shows a message on the screen that says "lot of stuff happened". Ridiculous!

 

So I'm at a loss, and I'm not sure it's worth trying to debug each mod separately, something seem fundamentally wrong with the setup. 

 

I installed Loot, this is the order I have currently:

I'll just that actually my mod list is a bit different than this in Vortex, for some reason Loot is missing some of the mods and has others I've already deactivated. Is it a good idea to use Loot with Vortex? 

 

I just tried loading an entirely new game, and now I have 4 MCM menus, so some are still missing but it's a bit better. Showing is Flower Girls, Animated Prostitution, Schlongs of Skyrim, and SkyUI. Not showing is Defeat menu, that mod seems to not be running at all.

 

One basic question I can't find a straight answer to anywhere is: does SexLab Framework provide a settings menu in SkyUI? I see some people asking in threads about MCM menu for SexLab Framework, but I can't see any screenshots of it, and in my game I don't see it loading. I really can't tell is SexLab Framework is actually working at all.
