I hope a reply in English is helpful for you, too.

Are you playing The Sims 4 Legacy Edition? If you do, the mod will not work. It is not compatible with Legacy Edition.

Are all of your mods up to date? An outdated script mod can cause issues with other mods, even if they are not related to each other. Most importantly, Wicked Whims and (if you use it) Basemental Drugs have to be up to date, as Nisa's Wicked Perversions uses features from both these mods.

If you can't figure out what causes your issue, go into your Mods folder and move all mods to some other location on your computer. Next, add only Wicked Whims plus animations for WW, Basemental Drugs (if you use it) and Wicked Perversions back into your Mods folder. Finally, delete "localthumbcache.package", which can be found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4", and then start the game.

There should be no issues now and you should be able to get past the world screen. Simply load any lot / household as a test, then close the game again.

Next, add a few of your mods back into the Mods folder. Best start with other script / gameplay mods like MC Command Center (mods that have both ".package" and ".ts4script" files) and only add two or three of them at once. Delete "localthumbcache.package" again, start the game again and once more try to load any lot / household.

If everything works fine, repeat the process of adding mods. For stuff like custom clothing, you can add a large number of files or even all of them at once.

If you experience the issue again, you now know that it is caused by one of the mods you added with the last group. Move those files out of your Mods folder again and test the mods one by one (this is why you don't want to add a lot of mods at a time). Remember to delete "localthumbcache.package".

Once you have found a mod causing issues, update it. If there is no update, delete it.

Once you have gone through all of your mods this way (and yes, you should continue with this process, even after you found a "bad" mod), everything should be working fine.

This whole process can take some time, depending on how many mods you have, but it's the best and most reliable way of fixing issues like yours.
