sexybizzt Posted August 8, 2020 Posted August 8, 2020 I have a save game that i cant seem to load when i use the SKSE version of Skyrim but when i launch the normal (steam) version of the game it loads fine without any CTD. What can the problem be? There should be, perhaps with a different wording Bug Fixes However, keep in mind that some mods work with a new game. Install a new mod, it may fail to start or cause CTD with a saved game

Since i can runt that save file when not launching the game with SKSE.

The program not only gives you a more correct loading, but if there are errors and / or deficiencies, it finds them

Dont know how or what fixed it but i loaded the save game using the steam launcher and made a new save game on that character. After that i tried launching it using SKSE and it worked!
