Fallout New Vegas crashing on launch

So I've installed every file that was listed in the "how to install Sexout" thread, and all of the required ones for the mods that it says Sexout requires. But now NV just crashes on launch, I'm using NVSE and NVSE extender but I have no idea what the problem is.

To use Sexout, you must actually download Sexout.

Why are so many people missing the Sexout file these days? When did bold letter and underscoring have the opposite effect of making links less noticeable? Have I missed something, or have reading rates just dropped dramatically?

I downloaded the SexoutNG file, though I was pretty tired when I did it...I probably did just miss something.
