Pregnancy Negates Body Sliders - But Why?

i've been going bonkers trying to troubleshoot why some sims had a weird issue in CAS where the body was not configurable and i finally figured out that its when the sims are preggo. wish this was more well known.  ?

maybe pregancy use another body meshes or sliders, and you need to make sliders or mods for pregnant states
