Is there a Fallout 4 equivalent of S.L.U.T.S?

As the topic says, is there an Equivalent to Skyrim's S.L.U.T.S for Fallout 4 yet? or any other pony play mods.

The issue is that there isn't the equivalent of a cart. The closest thing would be if you there was a kind of courier service where ponies pulled carts as a replacement to the pack brahmin.
