Pregnancy + Freeze Physique = ?

just wondering if anyone has any experience with preggo and sims that have their physiques frozen. do we have to unfreeze the physiques so that the preggo body can work or can we just leave frozen and the preggo will work its magic but afterwards the body will go back to the frozen state?

Freeze Physique just stops the "Fit" and "Fat" sliders from moving. You can still adjust them manually. I don't know if potions (ie. to make you skinny) still work. Pregnancies are NOT affected. Sims will still grow bigger bellies and breasts.
