Mod to mass-update traits/whims.

MCCC has a function that allows users to update all sims in a household with a trait. But I haven't found anything that goes beyond that.

 

I'm looking for a mod or cheat that will update traits for large groups of selected sims all at the same time, similar to how the WW Attractiveness menu functions. With 80+ households, including out-of-world sims, it's really time consuming going in and editing each individual household for wide-sweeping traits you want a lot of the population to share.

 

Anyone know of a code or mod function that will do this?

 

 

 

Devious purposes: I want a large selection of spouses to have the infidelity trait while their partners do not and a large selection of singles to remain abstinent, while a small handful of singles are Players with the Nymphomaniac, Noncommittal & Fertile traits, wrecking homes and impregnating everyone in their path.

 

I can find a whole bunch of uses for mass updating. This is just the current purpose.

I'd love to be able to export all sims with all traits etc. and then import it again. Mass updates may be more easy that way and one could also use it for WW even though Turbodriver has his own methods and no API to access the sim related WW settings.

I'm not sure how exporting and re-importing would make it easier, unless it has something to do with how the game works under the hood. Export/import Sims would be a cool feature for sharing them more easily outside of the Maxis UCC menu individually though, rather than rooting through the tray to see figure out which is which.

There are many mass commands like "ww.set_global_nudity_skill 5". But how can you set this level to 0 for a few households? Usually I want a few sims to stay as they are and with the existing mass commands this is not possible. WW allows to pick individual sims in a 3x3 sim picker window out of 200+ sims. It works but it is far from comfortable.

Oh. Ok. I didn't realize there were actually mass commands. Makes sense now. And yeah, a global like that isn't too useful to me either when I only want a select portion to actually have a trait, rather than all sims.  I am fine with how WW allows you to select sims in the window for attractiveness likes though, if that's what you're referring to, and using something like that as a function for adding/subtracting traits. For my purposes at least, it's easier than an import/export. But I'll take whatever works if something becomes available.
