Physics broke on my character, breasts also completely stretched.

I'm not exactly sure what could have even caused it, but the physics on my character broke and this is the result.

I've tried reinstalling cbbe, cbpc, xpms, and hdt, as well as any mods I tried right before this happened. Nothing I've done so far as really changed anything.
 

I'm completely stumped, load order just incase.

Usually weird body issues come down to skeleton.  Reinstall the skeleton making sure to overwrite.

I've already tried that as stated in the original post. 

What I did though is I uninstalled xpms as well as everything else. Loaded save, stretching was gone but no physics. Then one by one I loaded and saved until the body, skeleton, and physics mods were back installed and the problem still persisted. Anything I did wrong? :s

You could try my test procedure if you use 3BBB (or take a look at the settings if not):

Update: I haven't done anything yet and FNIS decided it wanted to detect my skeletons

Skeleton(hkx) female: XPMS2HDT (126 bones)   male: XPMS2HDT (126 bones)

Problem with my character still persists though.
