Please tell me if there is a fallout 4 mod that makes all clothing and armor invisible (so that there is a naked body). There is such a thing in Skyrim, I would like to find something like this here.

Armour isn't a problem as you can make it invisible. Not sure if you can in vanilla but you certainly can using Armorsmith Extended (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2228)

 

I've not seen anything that works for clothing though
