Have her as companion for an extented time.

Progress with her is taking so long that I'm starting to wonder if the SE port is broken somehow or if there's some kind of mod conflict. Don't think you need Neisa to progress with her but getting to Stage 2 of the relationship requires you to have completed The Way of the Voice quest. After that, there's no clear indicator of how long exactly you have to stick with her and how many quests you needed to have completed, plus we don't know if the factor is based on in game time or real time.
