Unequipping Devious Devices from random NPCs?

So I've got a mod or two that adds npcs which come pre-equipped with Devious Devices who are just random NPCs placed around the world. The issue I'm having is that I'm not finding any way to remove whatever devices they may have equipped through the use of dialogue. Cursed Loot has a "Bondage Dialogue" section, which is where you can potentially remove/add devices from female NPCs, but it doesn't seem to work in the way I am looking for as whenever I get the dialogue to free them, their inventory shows up blank without any option to remove devices or give keys.

I understand there are mods such as Devious Devices Equip, which uses the MCM to remove devices from both the player and NPCs, but are there any mods that use dialogue options, instead of an MCM, to speak to NPCs about removing them? These are random NPCs mind you, not followers, as I know DD related mods usually involve follower options.

Why not just name them?

Yes, that's a problem if the devices aren't added via inventory. This also makes it hard/impossible for mods that add a DD removal dialogue (DCL) to remove those.

If devices aren't added to the NPC inventory you could use Dress Up Lover's NPC Outfit Changer to remove underlying equipment (if you can't remove devices with DDe).

Try to click on them in the console, type ´openactorcontainer 1´ and remove a device with a key in your inventory maybe ? Not sure if that works though.

in fallout 4 This opens the actor container but doesn't show the actors hidden items

Which is where the devious devices seem to be stored
