New Computer

Hello

I got a new system today.  Downloaded The Sims 4 and all my packs.  Down loaded WW place it in the sims folder and nothing.  I have tried just about everything I can think of. 1 level down on the same level everything and I can't get it to work.  There are no old files because everything is fresh.  Please tell me what you need  to see so you can help me.

You have put ww in the mods folder? documents/electronic arts/the sims 4/mods?....script files no more than 1 folder deep....turn on allow cc etc in game options.
