Male Sims w/ Female frame wearing undies in CAS

Hi all - this seems to only be an error when selecting a male sim with a female body type.

Running
TS4 all packs/content version 1.65.70.1020
Wicked Whims 157c
Basemental Drugs 6.11.124
MC Command 7.2.2

Usually I can hunt down the answers, but this is stumping me. 
ww.fix_sim_nude_outfit doesn't seem to make any difference. Also have tried deleting localthumb.cache and restarting without mods/cc.

CC in game are default replacement eyes and skins, and some makeup (along with the things the above mods add).

Has anyone come across a solution to this? A sim I made last night is nude in bathing situations, but otherwise the underwear show up in game as well.

WW doesn't have a nude body for Males using a female frame so your sim has EA default barbie body.

This is why you see underwear in CAS.

If your trying to make a trans male check out this other thread for more help.

You have use the WW Body selector in game to select female body parts first, then you can edit/add details in CAS.

There really isn't a way to add realistic boobs, naked top, to males with female frames because they are too different.

Well, I coincedentally just stumbled on this issue as well. 

I tried to make a feminine frame dude and noticed his dick was black, tried to find some overlay that caused this and clicked every x I could find to no avail. Then found that changing a male to a feminine frame makes them wear black shorts when "nude", even when I swapped it back to a masculine frame.

 

Anyhow, gonna try above method of scorpio, although I don't want a trans person, just a feminine face. I'll say if it works for me or not.

 

EDIT: After numerous approaches and weird downloads I noticed two things: I can't select a bottom in WW body selector, only penisses (might be because the option -this sim has a penis- was selected), and nothing except the bottom and outfit bulge got rid of the underwear texture, but then I couldn't select a bottom clothepiece or a penis either.

^What happened when I put the bulge on a different slot like a ring.

 

My issue with the black penis turned out to be a skin texture one, which is why I couldn't find it by unequiping every piece. The one I picked was probably a feminine one which didn't account for a penis so it was left black. I just had to pick another skin texture and it was solved. 

The good part is that a penis apparently also comes with the surrounding nude textures which means that the underwear was effectively removed for me when equipping a penis, which also happens automatically when getting nude through WW.
