I thought there were some geared around the DD based mods.  Einarr's would be similar but I don't think it required anything else, just had places were you could put slaves and such.

 

Paradise Halls comes to might, and the ... something Bath house. The nexus version IIRC is mostly clean but I think there is a more naughty addon for it.

 

If you search for GLEV, I think he had an addon for the stock player homes. I know he had a bunch of naughty pic stuff that replaced barrels, paintings, banners and such.
