I'm new and don't know how to use this site.

I want to post content from http://modsgarden.cc/ since the site isn't working.

 

1.How do I change my profile pic and banner?

2. How do I make a club?

3. How do I send messages it says: You are only allowed to send 0 messages per day. Please try again later.

I think two things effect what you can do on LL: How long you are already a member of LL and how many posts you created. I could change my profile pic and editing my own posts after just waiting a few days.
