Body shape changes not changing?

So I've gotten a nice good way into things, and I've run into a severe issue. I'm using CBBE, and Remodeled Armor CBBE SE.

A few clothes, will rescale with my character's body proportions, the issue is, my character's Body does not scale, an neither does most armour.

Meaning DD can't actually manage breast nodes, MME can't change the belly node. Except: they can, they do. But it only shows on certain armours.

 

I have manually gone and built files for every godamn armour piece, I have made sure it's building morphs. 
I don't understand what's wrong.

 

This is the Penitus Oculatus armour (uses tullius' apparently with my replacer. It's the one I had on hand that actually shows my belly scaling.

This is my character wearing normal outfits, and naked, the body scaling simply does not apply, despite the fact it's clearly applying to something from the same mod of the clothes. But it also won't scale the CBBE body.
