Need help, Inexplicable problem with custom player body mods.

This makes no sense to me. I have spent hours trying to figure out what has happen and I cannot find the issue. The only suspected I have culprit does not make any sense because it should have nothing to do with esps that change the file paths for player textures and bodies. 

The unique player body mod stopped working all the sudden without apparent reason and I cannot get any alternatives to work. 

 

I had body slide studios open and I was in the process of fixing clipping issues on some vanilla armors. I was running and exiting the game repeatedly without any problems.

While I was back on my desktop I noticed two left over BA2 files from a LOD mod I tried a few days ago(I deleted the esp days ago and just forgot about the BA2 main & textures, the game worked fine).

When I pushed delete on the BA2 files I received a popup message about  one of them being in use by bodyslide studios. I assumed it was just another random bug and then closed bodyslide studios and then deleted the two files and then reopened body slide. After finishing an outfit I launched my fallout and loaded a save file and noticed my characters hands and body were using the meshes from the default directory. This does not make any sense to me.

 

I have not played much but from what I have seen everything else is working as normal. It is just the unique player body mods that will not work. I have tried disabling all esps of other mods and these specific type of mods refuse to work anymore.

To make things worst at the same time the harddrive where I store all my back up files just got bad sectors so my back up data is corrupt and unusable so I cannot roll back to a point before something broke without possibly losing months of tweaking and work.

Always use mod manager to manage mods, probably you deleted file from unique player mod.

Have you tried to check content in zip of unique player mod and your data folder?

Always back up also in web, there are a lot of file managers with 5+ gb of freespace

I installed a different mod manager for fallout ever since I upgraded the PC.

I think I fixed my problem.

I logged out of Vortex before deleting the unwanted files and now the player body mods are working again.

I think it was restoring some files that conflicted with my personalized edits that I have made with mods that I have downloaded.
