how to create a "femboy" character?

So I've been meaning to create a very feminine, androgynous and girly male character in Skyrim for some time now but due to how masculine all the male heads look I previously thought it was impossible. Recently I've considered creating a flat-chested, androgynous female character using CBBE bodyslide or some other mod like that, but I'm sure if it's possible to change the sex/voice of a character without changing anything else about their appearance.

 

Is it possible for me to change the sex of a female character into male for gameplay purposes without changing anything else about them? are there any mods that can change a character/body mods genitalia perhaps? and are there any other good resources out there that could help with creating this kind of character?

rather than wreck the game with additional races, the compat patches, and all that, i just start with a female. then tone the curves down and flatten the chest via the racemenu morphs, and use one of the handful of female sos plugins.

 

its a trade between a game that is working and the amount of effort required to make it work.
