Breasts not moving with physics, stretching during animations and crouching.

I've been racking my brain for days trying all kinds of fixes. My character's breasts are static. As my character stands still swaying, the breasts don't move at all. When she crouches or starts an animation, the breasts stretch so the nipples are frozen in whatever place she was standing at. I have the XPMSSE skeleton at the bottom of my load order, CBBE and CBBE 3BBB, and CBPC for physics. I've ran FNIS and it shows the XPMS2HDT (126 bones) for male and female. No warnings or consistency issues. I am at my wit's end.

There are a couple of possibilities here

1) you normally are in SMP mode and your cbpcc settings are "firm" and designed for a small cup size. (ex: you chose A cup when installing the body mod and chose the optional CBPC "A-cup" config file)

 

for this it's possible you accidentally switched from SMP to CBPC mode and you just need to switch back to SMP mode

 

2) I've found that after installing certain mods, my body does the same due to some (so far unidentified) breakage in the control chain or unexpected body overwrite. What I've done to fix it is probably pretty draconian, but it's worked each time

 

1) exit the game

2) uninstall the body mod (CBBE-3BBB for my female player) 

3) reinstall the body mod.

4) rebuild the body, feet, and hands (don't forget to check build morphs if you also use racemenu tweaking or if you ever want to use racemenu adjustments)

 

If you do use racemenu atop bodyslide customization

5) from console in game, open racemenu (showracemenu)

6) open the presets section

7) load your working preset

 

Obviously this requires that you've made a bodyslide preset for your body if you've done any customization of the body model in bodyslide and if also racemenu, a racemenu preset for its tweaks. Mine is highly modified in bodyslide, so I've made several for her for various situations (armored, lightly clothed, nude, push up or not) I also saved a customized racemenu preset for her. 

 

So before doing anything I just recommended, if you haven't already saved bodyslide presets for your player and are a bodyslider tweaker, do so.  And the same if you use racemenu enhancements

If she's nekid, that *appears to me to be*  SMP failing at the body level. Try a console "smp reset" or switch to CPBC mode and back  (which also performs an SMP reset)

 

If she's armored/clothed. remove then re-equip the offending body armor/clothing to reset its SMP.
