I thought that by running skyrim normally first this would be fixed but it didn't.

This is not a real mod.

You can generate the path yourself (directory structure).

For this you should consult the page where you downloaded and read description where it has to go.

a mod has the structure /data/voices... and so on

Non Nexus mod, I know nothing good about steam workshop mods. Anything else we are talking 7zip/Rar files.

How are you Installing mod? 

 

 

MO has file Icon, top left above mod window (left window) to be used for manual install. Is this is how you Install

Yeah, that's how I install. Some of my mods were from mega-mediafire. Also, some of them were from nexus. For example, I'm trying to install https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72028?tab=description this mod but the "no valid game data" keeps popping up.

You installed right, mod was empty.

Well I just solved my problem, I simply chose 7BO instead of UUNP installer.
