personal gender setting (help me)

Hello, I would like to know if there is a Mod that allows you to get pregnant and put pregnant at the same time in personal gender settings.

This mod allows you to do that, you should be able to edit your sim's gender settings by clicking on them and following the prompts from there, like you would do with Wicked Whims. Adding breasts to a male sim seems to screw up the texture to where you don't have nipples, though. Good luck, and I hope you have a nice time with it.

Yes. You can even do it all without going into CAS. It doesn't modify CAS though. You have to do it when you get in-game. However, it works on all Sims, even ones you don't control.
