There are tools like winzip, 7zip and winrar which allow to create (compressed) archives. One may offer ~20 single files to avoid that one downloads it.

Even though Sims don't fall off the roof it would do no harm to add a wall/fence at the border of the roof.

I'm trying to place the lot, but it's saying that it was made in a more recent version of the game, weird, i'm using the latest version... (Version 1.63.164.1020)
