last exception error

like two minutes after I start playing it says last exception error out of nowhere, that mods or CC (what is that?) may be out of date?

You have something interfering with rabbit hole career.....a cc trait or something.

CC stand for "Custom Content" it's almost the same as mods. But I feel like CC is commonly used for "minor" mods, such as outfits, traits or careers.

I had Jens wicked jobs for a bit but it didn't seem to work, now I have aep pornography career mod and I think its working fine but kinky whims is giving me issues. might be cause I have so many expansions installed?
