Games with underwear slot

Do you know of any games with an underwear slot or where you can explicitly put on and take off underwear? The only game I know is "The real Texas" which is sort of an isometric game. It doesn't have any effect but you have a pants slot and if you take off your pants there is underwear which you can also take off.

Apart from that it seems that there is no game where you can explicitly go commando.

the only game i could remember that has an "underwear slot" is an MMO game on steam i played few years ago called "Mortal Online" it has few races and each male and female has a switch in options

The Saint's Row series has that. Taking off the main character's underwear resulted in a swarm of pixels to break out on their crotch, however (unless one uses a mod, of course).
