There was already a thread where people asked for such things, others offered up possible matches.

The best matches thus far are these two:

We’ll vainilla turbo dick owns 3 extra bones for extra sizes. But  there is a problem you must do animations for that dick any existing animations gonna be deformed cause those 3 bones have zero weights for animations.  Biggest dick, means you need ask to creator for new animations for that dick.

My first post ever on this site but here goes,

 

Download this,

 

cn_customsliderframework, cn_customsliderframework.script

Download this and put it in your mods folder, mines is a subfolder called Sliders, So Mods then Sliders then cn_customsliderframework, cn_customsliderframework.script

 

Once it's installed open your game, hold shift on the sim you want to change and select customize sliders for sim, you can then cycle through each page and find penis or balls and change the number... You can literally make them huge.

My problem with having even bigger dicks are the issues with animations that it causes...it's immersion breaking when you have a sim giving a blow-job only to have the penis appearing out of the back of her head.
