There is a lot of framework mods out there. You need to add all the requirements listed on the modpage in order to get the mod to run. What mod(s) you want to use to get the animations is largely dependent on how you want to get animations in game. For instance, Puppet Master and SexLab MassMatchmaker are popular if what you want is a spell that allows you to start a SexLab scene by the use of a spell. My mod, Some Consensual Sex, starts sex animations by dialog that is available only with NPCs that are friendly to you. And many other popular options exist - it all comes down to "how do you want SexLab to be used in your game?"
