All Shapes BodyGen Randomizer plus Enhanced Physics

Wondering if someone can help me with this mod. Whenever I use it, whether it's the 'extreme' or moderate version, all of the breasts are always oddly shaped. They seem to not have any gravity applied, they look spherical. Everything else seems to work ok with it but whenever I've attempted to use it I've had the same problem.

Tried a year ago, and I've tried again with no other mods bar CBBE and Physics mods.

Its been a long time, so i dont know if your going to reply but can i edited the ini files to add my own body presets?
