Male sims with feminine frame don't have penis

I'm trying to make a non binary sim by having them be male with a feminine frame and using the "does this sim have a penis" option from wicked whims. However, no matter what I can't get a male sim with a feminine frame to have a penis, in CAS or in-game. Sometimes they'll also have black boxers and/or a pink bra that I can't remove. I'm only using Better Body!! and Wicked Whims. Can anyone help with this?

What options are you getting when using Body Selector on the sim themselves?  You need the This Sim has a Penis in CAS and then you need a penis (Preferbly WW Body Selector Compatible) compatible with the Female Frame.  Simindulgance and Noir have them, there might be others I am unaware of.

Better Bodies(Male Bottoms) have some problems and is also way outdated so I'd remove all the male parts anyway.

Not even sure if BB(male default) works properly with the WW body selector anymore.

I use Simdulgence for the Penis mod myself.
