Household member

Hello Guys!

I don't know who else have/had this problem, but sometimes - it's random - one of my household member became neighbor in the middle of the game. - just in a quick. I mean, when I hold the cursor about this sim, I saw the Neighbour title above his name and I can't control him - I can't assigning him or with the other sim I can't talking with him. I can only finish this condition, if I commanding the other sim to Invite him - like a real neighbour, who waiting in front of the door - , and then he became the household member again. It's not a big problem and it's not happening always, but sometimes this is really frustrating - escpecially if you don't know why happening this. And as I saw, this happens just with my male character . I don't know why - because it's my own creation, I use it before and I never experienced like before. I don't know.... maybe after the last pack doing this for me, but I'm not sure, ....  but before it, I never had this problem.

What else can doing this in the game? Maybe a mod? As far as I remember, I don't use neighbour/hood mods.

Thanks a lot!

Never heard of this one before so I can only guess at what the problem might be.

Have you updated your Sims game to v1.63 yet?

Did you update all your script mods too?

(The recent June game patch broke many script mods so they must be either updated or removed)

(But since you don't have any Orange Last Exception Warnings mentioned it's probably not the problem)

Any Room Mate mods?

Or 'Control Any Sim' mod?

Try doing an Origin Repair Game first.

Then delete your localthumbcache in your TS4 folder, do this whenever adding, removing, or updating mods or game.

Possible your strange acting male sim is corrupted too.

Try going into manage worlds/manage households in game and look for that sim and verify his actual home.

You should split him off from your household, if he is there, and move him into a bare lot in a town.

Then use your other sim to go find him and 'ask to move in'.

If he is a homeless NPC then move him into a bare lot in town and do the same as above.

The point being is: wherever he is living now, he needs to be moved somewhere else before asking him to move in again.

Should work if that sim isn't completely bugged out.

- Everyday do so - always updating everything. I updated today too - some mods I deleted before (not because of that), because I saw that they didn't work, so yes, I know it and I    updating studiously. :)

- As far as I know, I never use kind of mods and I've been searching in the mods folder, but I don't find any kind of mods.

- He is home, yes. His face is don't inactive, so if I look so the problem, is evertyhing OK, all the other sims!

- That's I don't know. It didn't look so, I mean. The game never had to try control, like an NPC.

The point being is: wherever he is living now, he needs to be moved somewhere else before asking him to move in again.

- I can't remember, that they had moved away or I began the game from there, where they are now living, but maybe I will try it.

Thanks a lot! :)
