Enable Cheating Sims

I have been messing with the settings for about 15 minutes now, trying to make it so where Sims will accept an offer for sex and cheat on their spouse/significant other. I've checked and unchecked every box imaginable and I am not sure if I'm just not formatting the settings right or if its just not possible anymore?

 

Any help would be appreciated!

Has far has I know it is still possible, you just have to chat and flirt and build the relentionship/romance bars up till they are high enough.

WW Settings/Relationship Settings: (Open Relationships:ON)(Cheating), (Romance Age:ON)
Cheats: (Desire Switch:ON), (Global Jealousy:OFF)  (Global Incest:Your Choice)

 

Autonomy Awareness: (Player Sims:ON),(Joining Sex:ON),(Relationship Awareness:OFF),(Cheating)),
(Pregnancy Awareness:OFF),(Sex Location Memory:ON),(Sex Animation Memory:ON),

 

WW Settings/Sex Settings/Cheats:
Always Accept: (1 Bar uses gender rules)(2 bars may ignore gender for group sex)
Manual NPC Sex Switch: On
Change Sex Location Anywhere Switch:(ON)
